All Exchanges and Returns need to be made within 30 days of the shipment item.
Exchanges & Returns: Dance Dealer allows you to return or exchange merchandise within 30 days from the ship date. No exceptions. Returned items must be in brand new, original condition, with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging. Do not put tape or labels directly on to the merchandise or its packaging.
For fastest exchanges we recommend you order a replacement online and send the original items back for a refund. Dance Dealer will not be responsible for the return shipping charges.
NOTE Shoe Returns: Shoes should be tried on a clean, soft surface until you determine whether they fit. If you need to return shoes they must be returned in a new, unmarred and unsoiled condition. If you are trying on the shoes make sure your feet are clean and dry. Taps shoes and Sneaker scratch easy and would be non- refundable, if so. Please try shoes on a carpeted floor. If you plan on returning please do not wear shoes to class or for a long length of time. NOTE :Shoes should be returned in the original undamaged shoe box. Boxes that have been written on and taped cannot be accepted.
Non Returnable Items. The Dance Dealer can NOT accept returns or refunds on the following items:
Tights, Undergarments, Make up, All Hair accessories, foot care items( including toe pads, etc) Special order items /Discontinued or clearance items, custom orders or Final Sales.
Defective Merchandise: In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days from shipment of item. If an item was sent in our error, or you received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department at .

Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Please enclose a COPY OF YOUR INVOICE , the Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
